Returns & Refunds Policy
I accept returns within 14 days of receiving your artwork.
This means you have up to 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Return Conditions

The artwork must be returned in its original condition

Original packaging must be used

The artwork must not be damaged in any way

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
Once the returned artwork is received and inspected, I will issue a refund for the artwork price only.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Important Notes

If the artwork or packaging arrives damaged upon delivery, please contact me immediately with photos — this return policy does not apply in that case

I cannot accept returns for artworks that are damaged due to improper repackaging or handling after delivery
